It was actually quick this time and they actually did what I asked them to do, I mean I figure I’m the one who’s wearing the crap so I glad somebody actually said okay yeah we can do that instead of doing it and hoping it “fits or feels RIGHT “ thanks.

Absolutely unbelievable, insurance sent payment on 06/25/25, never notified me of credit. Almost a month, . Called a was given a phone #. Called and was given another #. That # is no longer in service. Over. 700 a Credit in my account that they never notified me about. Hmm i wonder how many other patients have credits in thier accounts????
