The only problem I have is that when I call to get information pertaining to my consultation and pricing, I can't get ANYONE to answer the phone! I need help and am desperate to have teeth again so I can eat and not be in pain all the time. I finally found financing and even after leaving several voicemails and sent an email, still no call backs nor a text message (they seem to text over actually talking to someone). I had a wonderful experience with the staff here and I will recommend them to anyone.
Poor explanation of the different grades of dentures. Now that I've made my decision, can't get an appointment. No one answers the phone and texts make very little sense. They want me to come in at a time that is impossible for me and have not responded back. Seems to me, there are lots of options for dentures.
