I paid 2000 dollars for a pair of dentures that I have NEVER been able to wear. I came in multiple times to have them adjusted to be told they couldn’t adjust them anymore. Now I keep getting emails and such of 15% off implants. Why in the world would I trust you with permanent implants when you couldn’t get removable dentures right???
THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST POORLY RUN OFFICE. They have everyone come back at 3:30 because you cannot get in after 4 pm . I had to wait 35 minutes to pick up my teeth. Absolutely absurd. If there are other offices go elsewhere .
Dr. Eddy took the time to sit down with me as a new patient and was both honest and transparent about my complex case. While the news wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for, I truly appreciate his integrity and straightforward approach.
There is 1 lady (one of the faces and voices of the company) who is ALWAYS rude and nasty whether in person or on the phone. She NEVER smiles and is very short with people. The Dr. Doesn't want to spend anytime with you once you PAY for the service. And after extractions you will look like you were beat up by Mike Tyson because there is no care or concern. Fantastic doctor & staff….. Dr Matos is soooo professional & really cares about his patients……. (He Listens to you & I absolutely love the work he did for me)…..if your hesitant on this Dental office… have no fears….I searched & searched & this place is A++++…..outstanding….. need I say more! 03/31/23 ….
