Amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff and dentist truly went above and beyond for my family. On two different occasions, they were able to get both of my sons in for same-day appointments when they were in pain and needed tooth removals. The front desk staff was compassionate, efficient, and worked quickly to help us, and the dentist was kind, patient, and excellent at explaining everything. Staff were kind and humble, listen and we all carefully had input in choosing best option.
I highly recommend this place! I made an appointment late Sunday online and they were able to get me in Mon 8am. They fixed my dental emergency and didn't make me feel ashamed or judged. The whole staff was incredible, Dr Hightower was so nice and easy going. I will be going back to get more work done. I prayed that my problem would be resolved asap and the good Lord sent me there! I will be telling everyone about this place!!
