The Dr. was easy too communicate with, answered questions fully. The staff, I came in contact with 5 of them, all had perfunctory responses. The young lady who took thy he impressions walked up behind me and said “open your mouth up wide “ and shoved this mass in my mouth with a further word other than commands for position my head. From the front desk, to the back dental chairs, out to the checkout, No one was very professional. Coming into any dental office, the patient should feel relaxed and welcomed. I didnt get that at my appointment. I think the staff needs to polish up, on customer services 🤔
They were very quick and very affordable. But the best part is the work they did! It was amazing. I had broke a tooth off my dentures, they repaired in a day and the color matched perfectly. Thank you Affordable team! God bless!
