They couldn't get my dentures fitted. So gave me a silicone liner. When putting it in I bit down on one side more than the other. Now there lopsided. And when I called about readjusting them, I was told, The 90 day free adjustment are only for adjustment. Not to fix the liner. I'll have to pay for that. I'll go somewhere else to get the new liner. I am pretty disappointed in getting anything done here. Twice now I've had urgent needs that needed to be looked at and the response is delayed because they never answer the phone and or never have emergency Apts. So I'm stuck going days or longer in pain. There are multiple other things I am unhappy with on the fitting of my dentures. It took me 15 years to get the nerve to get them done and I regret choosing them to be trusted to make this experience.
