I came to get my implants taken out and gums flushed. My sides (tooth replacement were secondary)...It appeared to me you all place emphasis on installing new teeth and that's all. But I was very clear in stateing what I wanted on the phone before excepting an appointment. After all that driving and long time spent there, I leave with nothing. They could have told me over the phone that your company Does Not perform the Service that I kept requesting; even at the reception desk upon entering. Very Disappointed!
This location took care of me during an emergency with no notice on a holiday 2 hours before they closed with no appointment and as a new customer. Very professional and customer friendly! 5 star service!
Update, ok everything is done. Excellent staff, reasonable price and service. Services are tied to days of the week so there’s not much flexibility when making an appointment. Went for consultation. Staff is nice and presentable. I think they should have covered some details without me asking. Like how long the process would take etc. I got 2 different quotes which the second quote was $250 more.
The staff is knowledgeable, professional and polite. Outstanding!!!
