Lies and deceit and too many people contradicting you. Get a service done and even prepay in full. Then come back after having teeth pulled to say ohhh you owe 2-3k more like what excuse me ya the previous person rang it up wrong you even though your getting a full set you only had 8 teeth pulled but they were all on bottom so you have to pay full price for top even though we originally told you xx and you have the receipt. Do not go here. They will rush you thru the entire process. They will gaslight you when you're trying to explain to them what is wrong. And they also lie. They told me multiple times that I could go in as often as I needed to make sure my dentures were perfect. I went in twice and they gave me attitude multiple times for wanting to take my time on the adjustments and still attempted to rush me thru the process, while gaslighting me about what I told them was still wrong. I called to see if they took my insurance. I was told they took my insurance. I traveled over 80 miles to get up here to find out ithey did not take my insurance they did not offer any resolution would not recommend would not recommend it all very unorganized staff. Poor management and customer service!!!!!!!!
This team is amazing! They made me feel comfortable when it 1st started when I was insecure and nervous. The girls are kind, friendly and welcoming. I wasnt the happiest with my 1st set of temporary dentures, but I didnt have the pleasure of having the dentist there now because she was gone on training, but when I came back they addressed the problems with that set.
