They where all nice, but no pictures or samples of dentures makes & colors, no discussions on the matter. I had to ask after she told me to leave. Then..Then..appointment day, for pick up, Thursday Sept 12th 3pm...arrived on time, well 4 minutes late, to only find Doors Locked, Not Open, CLOSED...NO CALLS, NO TEXTS, NO E/MAILS.. so on Friday 13th called at 8:35am, (no calls or anything as of yet) call, said she called EVERYONE, but I wouldn't answer, SHE TRIED. I have had nothing but trouble from day 1. Been 4 months and I still can't chew or bite because they can't get my dentures right. And the lady at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered at a place of business. She doesn't wear a name tag or I would list it! I had an appointment this morning, waited an hour and then was called up to the window and told I would have to be seen in a week because my insurance hadn't covered the extractions yet. My husband was worried about getting his plate and dentures but when we started checking around with a few friends theres looked great and very natural, so this is who were going to! It came highly recommended from everyone we checked with.
