We had an outstanding customer service experience at Affordable Dentures & Implants. I understand that this location is under new ownership and although (thankfully) most of the staff is the same, the service has improved tremendously. My Aunt was treated with utter kindness and care by each member of the staff and we want to especially note how Leslie went above and beyond to ensure that my Aunt was completely happy with the fit of her denture. I went in to have a full set made the people are very freindly and they get you in and out very quickly. My dentures are very well made and very well fitted i dont think i will even have to have any adjustments made. They look fabulous.
They were fantastic, professional and very courteous. They were on time and did great work. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Yes I am going back
I haven’t had any teeth in 8 year’s I went to Aspen Dental and they were a nightmare they made two set’s of denture’s and they didn’t fit so I got my money back 👍🏻 i applied for a loan to get my teeth from Affordable Denture’s I had to wait a really long time but it was definitely worth it ‼️ Everyone at the Oak Park office is always very nice including when I think I’m a pain in the butt Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful and explained the process so I would know step by step what I could expect. This establishment cares about it's patients. I find that they work with me to make things convenient. The work is top-notch, and every staff member from the dentist to the front desk staff are highly professional. I would recommend their services. They advocate for patients to keep healthy teeth. They come up with a plan to renew your smile and confidence!
They took the time to help me understand how to use my new partials. They put in extra effort to make them more comfortable for me, when I came back to them after trying them at home on my own. They addressed every issue and concern I experienced throughout the entire process with professionalism and care.
The doctor and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better team to take care of of your dental needs!
