My full set of dentures have a warranty, and when a tooth broke while eating the Little Rock, AR office refused to acknowledge my warranty and want me to pay for faulty work. The dentist would not even explain what my warranty did cover. I only asked for a minute of her time but she refused. I upgraded to ultimate dentures and this is how they back up their work. I’m angry and will not be back. I’m also considering an attorney since there actually is a warranty.

AFFORDABLE DENTURES ON COLONEL GLENN IN LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS IS WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER GO TO GET DENTURES. I WOULDN'T LET THAT YIN HILDESHEIM MAKE MY DOG A PAIR OF DENTURES AND SHE IS SO RUDE. No customer service. Come to do impressions for plates. You will have to come back. We leave at 4:45. Oh it’s 3:45 now.
DO NOT GO HERE! THE DENTIST PULLED MY MOMS TOOTH, IT GOT INFECTED THEY WANT TO CHARGE HER FOR A RETURN VISIT FOR AFTER CARE......ABSOULTELY RIDICULOUS!
So far the dentist and the associate I saw on my FIRST VISIT IN APRIL were very professional and compassionate on this visit is where they took panoramic xrays and explained the procedure and denture packages. HOWEVER, on next visit (today - @a month later)is where I returned @7:30a.m. for impressions..... The receptionist was rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (discussing my pmt arrangements & price difference disagreement ~> w/the patient that was next in line after me) and making childish faces. Make to make appointment after getting up at 430 this morning they can not see Larry. Even though their sign says walk in welcome. So I guess a wasted trip. Not pleased at this time.
