All the front desk staff with excellent customer service .Dr.Pavana and Her assistant Dom did extra mile to explain the plan of care and procedure done well.The Dental hygienist Arie is excellent in her service.
Had a tooth fall out of my upper denture. I called shortly after they opened for the day and they had me come in within a couple of hours. Fast courteous service - problem fixed and back home within 30 minutes.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in 4 years. I was scared to go back due to what I was told by another dentist about my tooth dying. Went in thinking I was going to need a tooth extracted and cavities filled. I was seen by Dr. Hernandez who was very nice and calmed my nerves. My teeth were healthy and no cavities! Arie is the hygienist and awesome! Really educated me on gum health, brushing and importance on coming in for cleanings. She took her time to really get in my gums and clean my teeth.
