I was treated very rudely by one of the receptionist every time I go in. Then I had an issue with my insurance. I didn’t know I was covered so I paid in full with a credit card, which I paid off. I went in to get a copy of my xrays as requested by the insurance company to get reimbursed by them. I was told that it would be better if I let them handle it, so l did. Now I know why.
