When I went to get new dentures I pd 1400.00 then two yrs later I was talking in to get a new set for 2800.00 for the best set of teeth they offer. But I never got a complete set . I have.a top plate but they couldn’t get the bottom plate before the doctors were murddered so I finally got sent to the other dentist they said would take care of me with my bottom plate and adjustments. I highly recommend Affordable Denture in Tyler Texas the staff is awesome and really knowledgeable in all aspects of their job, and, do everything possible to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible with your procedure and with your after care only place I've had extractions and no pain after this place is wonderful
Horribly unprofessional. After paying them $5000 CASH, they refused service to us for being 5 minutes late. I understand that punctuality is very important for service providers and their other customers, but that is no excuse for the way they yelled at me. If my mom heard me speak the way that girl did she would slap me across the mouth. Worst I have ever been treated in a doctors office. All the ladies that work there are very sweet and the work really hard at making you happy with your smile! Great dentists too!
I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. No answer always an answering machine. No call backs from this office. This is very unprofessional. I’ve had 6 sets of the snap in as they call them, I always get the ultimate. I have taken my denture part broken in 3 pieces, I was eating out a tooth popped out in my plate... very embarrassed. My thing is, if you promote a product you need to stand behind that product.... Period!!!!
I experienced a very friendly greeting when I arrived to check in for my appointment. I didn't have to wait long before I was escorted into a room where I was asked about what the issue was concerning my Dentures. Once I explained what my issue was then the Dental Assistant proceeded to repair my Dentures. She took great care in doing what was needed to repair my Dentures. The whole process went very smooth and I am thankful for her Professional work and attitude.
Love the guy that took care of me yesterday. He’s very knowledgeable and will answer and questions or concerns you have.
The front office (Stephanie) is very helpful when I need to come in for adjustments. Learning to eat with dentures has been a challenge while my gums heal with my temporary dentures. Will be glad to get my permanent ones next year (2020)
