Courteous, professional, they don't treat you like a number. They don't try to sell procedures you don't want. I was very pleased with the staff. Super nice quick painless and easy. I wish all my dentist visits were this quick and simple. Usually having a tooth pulled is an act of congress. Absolutely will recommend. Hendersonville NC location next to Walmart.
I was greeted with kindness and Humor To counter my Humor. I noticed how thorough and efficient they were more than observation of my teeth and In explaining the different procedures that could be done in my circumstance, it was very understandable. I had a very good experience.
Very pleasant and courteous staff. I didn't have to wait long to be called back. The dental assistant was great and the dentist was also. Definitely would recommend this office
Everyone was every nice and was very thorough and explaining what's going to happen. They got me in and out but took the time to talk to me and answered every question I had. Thank you
I had my first visit with them today and couldn't be happier. The front office staff was courteous and the wait was short. Heather did an amazing job of putting me at ease and answering all my many questions. Dr. Hearn was obviously very busy but seemed both caring and knowledgeable. I can't wait to see how things go from here!
