Went in today to replace bottom denture. They were very friendly and very professional. They had to do minor adjustments at wax try in and a couple minor adjustments at final fit-not much, that they happily did. They sincerely wanted me to be 100% satisfied and I was. I purchased the economyplus dentures and honestly they fit better than my last $1,500.00 per plate prepared elsewhere ever did. I highly recommend Dr. Richardson, III and his wonderful staff. was sitting at moms dentist with her and the cheapest they would go to pull a few teeth and replace her partial was 2600.00 and thats after the 1300.00 that her insurance was paying. I couldnt stand seeing her so sad so I called affordable dentures and they are going to do all of that plus follow up care for a year for less than half of cash out of pocket price. I was so happy!!! after I got my final set 7 mo. Later I call them and tell them I'm putting gell on three times a day to hold them up that I need for them to fix it. Keep in mind I done paid them like 700.00 dollars already. She said I need to pay 150.00 to get a realignment. I told her then the final set isn't final and I shouldn't need a realignment if it is final. They tell you to get the final set at a year. Don't do it do atleast one and a half yrs. I won't go back here again. So frustrated
