Paid $2510 for ultimate fit dentures. Had bad fit on lower set creating sores in mouth. Couldn't eat so went back to have refitted andadjusted and they gave me n appointment for a week later. They didn't hesitate to take my money but getting service to readjust stinks. They need to re-evaluate their adjustment services after receiving payment
They take advantage of older people! 😡 My mom left there today in tears! They advertise the “$350 budget” denture... It’s a lie! My mom went in today and after they did an X-ray they told her they no longer have the $350 one and then charged her $95 for the X-ray! What a scam! They need to be reported to someone for false advertisement and taking advantage of people that don’t know any better! They are lucky I wasn’t there with her today!

We arrived at 8:10. Standing room only. Waited to be called. At 10:30 they said Dr Is not taking anymore patients today. They were still letting people sign in and sit down. They have no system. People sit there the whole day. Talked to lots of people. Don't leave the place till your teeth fit perfectly. Or you will be sitting with all those people in line again. All day. No system. No care that people take the day off to do this. Or how long you will wait. Noway will I come back.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend! Can’t say enough about the way All staff interacts and works with you.
