Dental assistants are rude when/if they answers questions. Another piece of machinary in the office. Dr Show stark is really good.
I went in Jan 6th 2021 needing a full upper and a partial lower. You're supposed to stay still so that the impressions set and mold snug to your gums, about 3 minutes. The assistant is supposed to firmly hold the tray securely against your gum the whole time. About half way through the impression, I feel a BIG, rocking motion. She ROCKED the impression from front to back and then back again. HARD. I remember thinking the impression just got ruined. There is rating they are so racist disrespectful and nasty to black clients they should be shut down...The first visit when I went in to get a simple service..the dentist himself...the old white man...he was very mean disconnected cold hearted and verbally abusive. He down graded me and told me "I WAS BUILDING ON MUD" BECAUSE I WOULD NOT GET 4 OF MY TEETH PULLED AT THE SAME TIME..I CHOOSE TO DO IT AT MY PACE BEING THAT I AM PAYING OUT OF POCKET...he DID NOT RESPECT MY DECISION SO HE CONTINUED TO VERBALLY ABUSE AND DISFEPECT ... read more
