The office is very clean and hygienic. The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable, always courteous. Dr. Irina has been my dentist for years because she is simply the best. Hate to give a bad review because I have had a good experience with the actual dental work and with Dr Kim but be weary of the office staff. Every time I come in for an appointment I am told I owe a different balance than what was explained to me at my prior visit. After pushing back on this, magically the receptionist was able to make $400 disappear from my balance with no explanation.
