I arrive early to my appointments and find myself in the chair before my appointed time. Care is professional and easily understood.
Always great customer service and care. I always feel the staff from the front desk to the dental assistants and dentists always make us feel like they care for our well being. Also very informative about the treatment and suggested follow up. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Service has been consistent and second to none.
I went in to the Dentists after 3 years and i was scared. But a friend recommended me to this place and i loved it. The staff was friendly and talked me through everything. I understood my situation and the lovely front desk lady explained my options of payment. Everything was made easy and i couldn't be happier!

I have been using Burien Affordable Dental for at least 12 years. I have enjoyed this long standing relationship because of the quality dental care, friendly and efficient customer service and affordability. Looking forward to many more years in their care.
Great experience as always at the Office.
I switched dentist from Redmond a very very nice office but I wasn't too happy with the service provided. A change of location and atmosphere made me a little nervous. Also I could hear the procedures from the waiting area made me raised my eye browse lol. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am, I showed up 3 minutes late. Waited until 10:15 before asking the receptionist if I was at the right office. Turns out my appointment wasn't until the next day. I lost a filling in my front tooth, was able to get an appointment the following day. Being uneasy with going to any dentist, I was very pleased with how comfortable and at ease I felt from beginning to end. Definitely no issues with returning for my next visit.
