I had a number of companies come by to give estimates, and to walk through my 400sqft deck plans. Brad was the first and only person to say, “I can’t do that. That’s not code.” This is EXACTLY what you want to hear from your builder. I knew right then and there, my wife and I had found the right company for the job. Brad and his team were extremely professional, easy to work with, and timely. We wanted to make a change mid project and Brad happily modified the plan.
