Steer clear of this place. I went there by mistake, I had an appointment somewhere else. He insisted I had an appointment with him and that he works every day and I made the appt with him, even though I didn't. The office was a disaster, and his "before your first session paperwork" had some really sketchy stuff on it, like asking for your marital status, drivers license number, and social security number. Very concerning.
