The customer service was poor, he seemed very disinterested and distracted when doing the paperwork. When I called later to ask about my husband wedding ring and watch, to be sure that I get it back. He just seemed to say yes, I would get it back. I know he didn't check on it and give me a call back then. Then when I went to pick him up, they did not have the ring and watch.
