Way to delete my initial review. Very cowardly way to deal with your misdeeds. You are the epitome of a sleazy and dishonest funeral director.
In a time of loss of a dear loved one,the last thing you need is for unnecessary delays on the part of affordable. My mom layed in the ice box per say for 4 days,and on top of that was told the process would take up to 2 weeks!! Unacceptable,unnecessary. I moved the plan to Harper-taleask,they immediately picked her up,cremation next day,go figure. I strongly urge anyone who is considering affordable to rethink this. As we are moving our dads policy as well. You get one chance and you couldn't deliver. Your loss.

We can only cremate one deceased person at a time, while your expectation was not understanding of the many other families who trust us with their loved ones we are glad you were able to select a firm who could better serve you.
