This is not the first time I have woeked with this provider. I called them the service takes takes the message, then an hour and a half goes by.And I hear nothing.So then I call again, and then another hour goes by.And I hear nothing.So then I have to call again. Meanwhile, there is a deceased loved one laying there. I deal with a lot of funeral homes, and this is the only one i've ever had this problem with.And it's happened more than once.
