Losing my mother on February 19th was to date, the hardest thing that I have ever faced in my life. Affordable Burial & Cremation Service (Killeen office) helped me through the process with patience and kindness. Their employee arrived within an hour of her passing to pick up her body, which meant a lot during such an overwhelming moment since she passed at home on hospice. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. I called to check the status, only to be asked for the same information twice on two separate occasions, which should have already been handled. This unnecessary repetition and delay are unacceptable, and it has caused me a great deal of frustration.
The team at Affordable Burial and Cremation was incredibly kind and supportive. They explained everything clearly, handled the details with care, and kept the costs straightforward and reasonable. I truly appreciate their honesty and compassion.
