I dropped off my 2 boys for a 4pm appointment. The person who was going to retwist and style their hair showed up 1 hr and 15 minutes late. When she started doing my son's hair, within 10 minutes he asked her to stop, instead of retwisting, she was undoing the twist from the last style and making each dread skinnier then the last. I would never visit this place again, the girl who does the "dreads" doesn't actually know what to do. What a waste of money and time.

Marie is the warmest person I have ever met in hair salon business. Her customer service is the best. Ever since I started going to her salon, I have never felt the need to go somewhere else. She is amazing!!!!

I came to get my dreads retwisted and fixed. They were so messed up, and tangled with one another, Marie, the head stylist, was extraordinary. She was able to not only untangle my dreads, but revive them, color them, retwist them, and french-braid them to the style I want.
