The guy reposed our car and wouldn't work with us for being late 1 month, Then when I asked about the owner the guy named Jay Bird lied to me and said the owners name was George Tappio after doing some research and when we paid the car off Jay Bird signed our title as Mike Fitch The real legal Owner which I suspect from further review is because Jay Bird (the guy that sold us our car and did all the paperwork and signing) is labeled disabled and is NOT supposed to be working which in that case is a form of fraud to the SS De... read more
