Stopped by to look at their White 2006 Volvo XC90 for $4900. We had Cash and wanted to Test Drive. ‘Fred’ said they didn’t have a Key for it but had a Key that needed to be programmed. Said if we left a Deposit, he would get the Key programmed. I said, no that I shouldn’t have to do that. (Already seemed shady) Told him to have the Key programmed and we would come back to test drive and possibly buy it.
