They don't even deserve that one star. My sister transmission died and they don't want to help her with getting the car fixed. They didn't provide my sister with any Carfax information and sold the vehicle to her more than it was valued for. It's not fair what they are doing to her she hasn't had the vehicle for 4 months and it's just sitting in the driveway not drivable and she is very upset but she is now suing them and they are going in for a rude awakening!
