EXTREMELY horrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional, nasty billing/receptionist. I regret doing business with them and would NEVER recommend anyone buy from this company.
I bought a car 10 days ago before I bought it I asked the salesman to have the transmission checked because I thought it was shifting a little weird then they told me it was checked and was fine now the transmission is broke before I even made the first payment stuck with a $5000 car 10 days later stuck with $2000-$2500 repair bill never buy from here
The manager is shady. Please take your money some place else!
Buyer beware! I went to check out a car. I was told over the phone it had 130,000 miles and no body damage. After spending the entire morning driving to their lot I get there only to find the car had 160,000 miles and had some major body damage. I recieved excellent service and a good quality car at Affordable Auto Credit. I recommend this dealership to all who are having financial difficulties and want to purchase a good quality car at the buy here pay here rate. The prices are also very reasonable, actually, the best I have seen compared to any other buy here pay here lot in St. Louis.
