You can't even get a person on the phone. Every number you press you get sent straight to their voicemail. Lousy practice.
El peor lugar para llevar tu mascota.yo lleve mi perrita de 18años .la operaron y a las 3 semanas nesecitaba otra operación por lo cual el total fuera 1600 dlls. Al no ver mejoría la lleve a otro doctor y lo primero que me dijo fue que un perro de 18 años no se anestesia y menos 2 veses en 3 semanas. Con mucho dolor tuve que ponerla a dormir ya estaba empeorando mucho.
The doctors are great and really nice, but some of the staff are extremely rude. I've spent good money there, and it's disheartening to be treated and talked to like that.
I took my cat here as a walk-in when he had issues urinating. I was scared it was a blockage but Dr. Barrera and staff were able to assist promptly and provide suggestions on how to manage my cats issue. At no point did I feel pressured into additional services or paying more money. Considering this was my first experience with this hospital, I can say it was very positive one. I would have no issues returning if I needed care for my cat, especially on the weekends.
Don't ever bring your beloved pets here, Dr. Barrera will not sympathize with you or your pet, he will belittle your concerns and it's over priced for the services they do. I went in to examine my cat because he had a urinary blockage. Well lucky for me he peed while we were waiting on the waiting room, I should of left at that point but figured since I was already here and made the appointment, might aswell have the doctor check his bladder.
