Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

She is wonderful! I have had shoulder pain since an injury over 2 years ago and have been going to see Dr. Michelle every month over the last year and I'm happy to report that I no longer need any of my anti-inflammatory medicine and my shoulder is almost 100% better now. I also work on a laptop computer so my neck always bothers me, when I go for an adjustment I always walk out feeling terrific!
