They used incompetent laborers and could never make the installation right. They signed a settlement to refund my entire payment but have missed the first two payments and have shown no good faith if ever fulfilling their obligation
It has been confirmed that Brian is facing multiple lawsuits for breach of contract and has a history of failing to compensate subcontractors for their services. It is recommended that individuals and businesses proceed with caution when engaging in any transactions with him. Legal action is currently being pursued and appropriate authorities will be notified accordingly. Brian's fraudulent activities must be brought to an end
Brian has a lot of trouble meeting deadlines he sets for himself as well as simply responding over weeks of trying to get in touch with him. He was professional enough while on site, but clearly didn't respect me or my time after our initial meeting. I ended up giving up on him after trying to get ahold of him for nearly 2 weeks. He didn't even have the decency to reply to my message when I told him I had to move on. Affluent exteriors kept me in loop throughout the progress. Mario Ortiz the Project manager was awesome . His crew were courteous.
