Ehren is so kind and personable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t blow them off. It ended up proving to be the capacitor that was causing our issues. He was honest in explaining what was happening and how he could fix it. He was very transparent and was able to fix our unit the same day. We ended up purchasing the membership plan and are looking forward to having him back in the future.

My experience with Affirmative Air has been nothing less than 5+star. Starting with Chris, who evaluated my problem and offered solutions to Brian and Ian who performed my install professionally and timely. I am currently enjoying cool air, where previously I was sweating in a house that couldn't do better 85 degrees. If you need service or replacement done professionally and reasonably, I recommend Affirmative Air. Update: Ehrin performed my bi-annual maintenance and did a thorough job. Very satisfied.
