Whatever you do, do not rent from Affinity! They do every little thing in their power to keep your security deposit and charge you extra for things while already having the highest costs. When I moved in I asked them to replace a bunch of light bulbs because I was unable to reach them. They came multiple days later and left ALL the light bulb box trash all over my house. Couldn’t agree more with zach they DO NOT communicate with you period, we had to get parents and the school involved for them to even give us a call back to fix things.They over charge for everything, and forget about your security deposit. They will find any little thing to keep the money. Terrible service, do not use them as landlords!
They are absolutely over priced and over charge for any repairs. And will also charge for repairs that was their own faults. They also are awful with communication, and are rude when you finally are able to talk to them. They do everything in their power to take advantage of young college students.
