RecommendedGreat doctors and nurses who truly care about the kids. But good lord when you come here, you will wait, and wait, and wait. Writing this in the exam room right now. Been in here for 40 mins, was in the waiting room for 30 mins. Still haven’t seen the doctor yet.
Super friendly and efficient physicians. Just wish everytime I had an appointment I didn't have to wait 30-50 minutes in the waiting room alone and another 15-20 minutes in a room even when I show up a few minutes early. Please please please! Find a more time sufficient way of seeing patients.
Is there a reason why making a sick appointment is such a nightmare? Being on hold an average of 20 plus mins each time is ridiculous.
So thankful for concerned providers (Lynn Parson and nurses) calling to check on my son the day after we came in for a visit. This is excellent patient care and I’m a very thankful mom! Thank you for being as concerned about my child as me

We r late 20 minutes on appointment day. Because my baby don’t feeling good at home. We try to calm him down before we put him in his car seat. So we r late and we have appointment for his 2 month vaccinations. But when we reach there they said they can’t take us today. Because we are late. So they told us to make another appointment for his vaccinations. Such a stupid service for babies I mean worse hospital I ever seen. Dr. Rossi is the best! She is so good with my sweet boy and goes above and beyond for well visits and sick visits! We love her!
