Our HOA was using Affinity in a management capacity. They seemed ok at first, but eventually stopped responding in a timely manner (if at all). Payment platforms constantly malfunctioning or changing without notice. Our fees weren't collected for several months. Our vendors were not being paid, and we just found out from our new mgmt company that our water bill had been paid late for almost a year, which accrued a lot of late fees. I rented from Affinity Management for 3 years until I bought my house, and they were great to rent from! Always quick to respond and took care of any issues right away. Super easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. Definitely recommend them!
