Very hard to get in contact with
I am a former tenant. I feel like this company knew we were from out of state and took full advantage of our situation. We signed papers 12/8 (moved to SC 12/27) did not see the house prior and had only seen pics of the place which weren’t updated and still aren’t. When my family initially moved in we were told by Affinity that the landlord B. Riddick would come out to fix the windows around April 2024 and cut down dead trees in yard, we’ve never met the landlord, he never came out to fix anything, no one did until a huge li... read more
Pleasant workers, app friendly to pay rent, get things fixed, submit end of tenancy etc. My only complaint is that they take a while to get back to you about servicing the place, understandable as they have tons of properties they manage, just keep calling or texting. Overall, not a bad company, at least they do fix things-unlike other property rental companies I’ve seen.
Affinity Management has been my property manager since 2018, I will repost later with a revised review. More to follow...
Since the company didn’t allow me to respond to their response to my post, I am creating a new review from my son’s account. This company is all headaches and the worst, I am actually glad that they denied my application because I wouldn’t want to deal with this in the long run.
