I purchased insurance from this company for my Carnival Cruise Lines Cruise this November. My understanding, was that if there was a family emergency or etc, after paying for insurance coverage for my cruise, which was Nov 12th, then I would get a refund on a portion of my cruise travels. I never buy travel insurance but since my TA got us a good deal on our cruise, I decided to add it. It was truly a blessing because my Grandma unexpectedly passed away shortly before my cruise was set to depart and we would be needing to travel to her services during the time our cruise would be taking place.
