I’ve been two times, each time customer service was impeccable. I did not wait longer than 10 minutes. Overall, excellent experience.
Paid $110 for a DOT physical, they used the wrong size cuff for my Blood pressure. I repeatedly told them that my arms are too big for that Adult L blood pressure cuff. They Refused to change out the cuff bc “it was their DOT cuff”. With the smaller cuff my BP was 176/104.. Needless to say I was not refunded my money.. Went to Your Family Healthcare in Sante Fe and they were shocked they wouldn’t use a bigger cuff.. Your Family Healthcare used the correct size cuff and my BP was 138/82… weird….
