I actually used to work with these ladies and this review does not sound anything like Affinity Escrow! They are incredibly organized, down to earth and professional. They have many regular clients who will not work with anyone else for a good reason! I was honored to work and be trained by them, and I hope you will give them a try also. Thanks.
I can honestly say that after reading the review by Kathy Johnson, I am shocked that anyone would feel this way about that office and it's staff. I have been doing business with Michelle and her staff for several years and would never use any other escow company. Each staff member is professional and informative. In all of my years of going into the office have I ever heard ANYONE yell, scream or use foul language in in a joking manner!! As for her being rude, Michelle doesn't know how to be rude.
