They started work on my son, wanted to add another procedure. come to find out they are over charging my what my copay should be and not even submitting claims to the insurance. I have called them several times and they won't return my call and in the meantime my son has a half job done to his tooth!!! All this time i thought we just had crappy insurance and it turns out it's just a crappy dentist office.
Stop over charging and bill the insurance.
Crooks. Ever since Dr. Winslow sold his practice the prices have gone way up, diagnosis are upselling (non needed) and staff soes not last long there because they are not treated well at ALL. I know, i was one of them.
