I have probably called around 10 times over the past 4 weeks trying to make an appointment. No one who answers the phone can make an appointment for you, you have to wait for a call back from the appointment setter. Well guess what, I have yet to receive one call from anyone. Took my child here a total of two times. I am a single mother who is disabled. I can not work and am on a fixed income. That means, I have NO EXTRA income. This place REFUSED to provide me with my child's medical records so that he can provide the necessary support needed for his education and benefits. They required that I pay them $25 plus an additional fee for every page of his medical record even though his medical record should be very small since he only had 2 visits. Anyone wanting to pass the NMLS test should definitely take the instructor Artricia's pre-licensing course. I took her online cram course and purchased her study materials. I still passed the test with a high score using her 10 hour cram course and I cannot imagine how high my score would have been with her full 20 hour pre-licensing course. The exam was not easy and they will not test you on vocabs only. You need to understand the contents deeply and the instructor will walk you through everything thoroughly. Her study mate... read more
