I’ve been working hand in hand with affinity hospice. They come care for our residents. Care team does an amazing job! Amber regional care coordinator makes sure admissions go smooth and quickly and get their patients and everything they need!
Affinity Hospice has been amazing to work with. This team always provides each of our residents the time and attention they need. Amber, Hannah and Tori go above and beyond to make sure our entire community including staff are supported with love, compassion and dignity.
