When we bought our house in Cleveland Heights, the sellers had already installed an Affinity system. While we already had our own personal security system that we were carrying over once we moved, Jason was extremely understanding and allowed us to have a flexible contract so we felt secure about our new home until we were able to transition. He was always very professional, and demonstrated extreme patience given that our home did not have Wi-Fi yet when he set it up for us and the cell reception was very poor.
Affinity Alarm was so understanding! Jason was kind enough to compromise on contract length so we could keep our new house monitored for the couple of months before we moved in. Thanks again, Jason!
Very satisfied! Make sure you ask for Jason! Jason was very polite, courteous, and thorough. During and after installation Jason walked me through the process of setting my alarm and understanding the functions. My cameras are clear and I can talk through them also. I love everything so far!!
I had an excellent experience with Affinity Security. Jason came out to install my cameras and did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about the system. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. It’s great to see someone who takes such pride in their work.
