Everyone is complaining that it's too loud and noisy but hello your staying in Times Square and the hotel is right next to a fire station,if you want quiet then don't go to NYC. I stayed here with my family in April 2014 and it was a nice room, our head board was broken and noticed it by entering in the room. The carpet made me and my kids feet red and itchy but other than that the hotel was beautiful and would stay again
