Called to make an appointment 4 weeks ago no answer , left voicemail and still no return call ! I have been trying to get into this place for a whileeee and while waiting my concerns are getting worst .. the procedures I need is not walk in acceptable.
The lady at the reception desk is amazing!! Very helpful great professionalism when the front desk sets the tone like she did it calms the anxiety associated with seeing the dentist . Jennifer was the dentist for my husband’s extraction excellent job, she explained the process ,was patient and caring!!
God help you if you are waiting for them to call you. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth out with them a year and a half ago, and have yet to hear from them. I finally got them out at STL urgent dental care.
These people are the WORST. They never answer the phone — if they pick up at all, they will let it ring for two full minutes before they answer. Then they are incredibly rude. They give their would-patients the runaround. I would say I don't understand how they're still in business if they don't bring in new patients, but I see from the other comments that they routinely overcharge...
Had two teeth pulled. If going to the dentist can be pleasant. They made it as pleasant as possible. Once you get back to see the dentists service is wonderful.
