If I could give no stars I would. **DON'T RENT FROM THEM! They definitely do lie and cheat you out of your security deposit charging for damages the didn't even happen even despite having pictures. They also violate the Florida Statues that allows early termination and still collect rent beyond the 2 months early termineation where it states in Florida Statues the landlord waives all rights to any additional rent beyond 2 months.

They will lie to you and don't expect your security deposit back and they will charge you for things that are not on your lease . don't do business with them!

Things have definitely changed since the last review. These people SUCK as landlords!!! They never fix anything. I had a roach infestation from the neighbor moving, not once but twice that I had to handle on my own. Not to mention the current ant problem that I am now responsible for.
