Sent to collections after paying my bill. Seems like whomever runs the billing department needs to find a new job as this is not the first comment with the same situation.
Awful. Absolutely awful. I asked them to bill my secondary insurance, which they hadn't yet done, and somehow my bill then doubled. They have no explanation as to why. They always say they'll, "escalate it" and call me back, which never happens. Ugh.
