Received a referral to Affiliated from a PCP for a person with I.D. that I help. Affiliated has called and left a message to contact them for an appointment Called them back first thing after the weekend and was told by their receptionist to go to their net sight fill out new patient intake paperwork. they will evaluate him and then set an appointment. I don't do business with that way. set the appointment as per YOUR voice mail!!!
