I called in this morning as a potential new patient wanting to be seen for the first time for eye care. The woman who took my call was extremely rude from the beginning while initially placing me on a 6 minute hold she then came on the phone with a worsening rude tone. She is extremely rude and for that reason I won’t become a patient and will report the facility to Florida blue. Woman was older sounded like she was in her late 60’s early 70’s.
I just needed an appointment but the receptionist is disgustingly rude
I have been seeing Dr. Aziz for over 10 yrs. and he is absolutely kind, professional and caring.I highly recommend him.
Very pleased with Dr. Aziz. He is friendly, kind, and thorough during his examinations. He performed cataract surgery on me, and everything went smoothly. Talking with other patients in the waiting room during follow-up visits, and they all had the same good experience. The staff here are all friendly and caring and a pleasure to interact with.
The doctor was great but the receptionist lady made my toddlers cry and yelled at them for trying to get water. They were patiently waiting as the wait was long
