Spoke to a Engineering consultant who supported my experience in improving weightlifting but it was not his field of expertise. That was cool! The body adapts during recovery to weight spread in a larger area by increasing size. It makes the lift easier by adding a larger area of support for balance! If an engineer could design a means to increase the weight in the same area the weightlifter during recovery would have to adapt differently! They would need density! Strength is the new balance! ∆! The future of weightlifting!
