This was my first time ever seeing a dermatologist. I called to make an appointment and surprisingly they were able to get me in the next day, which is rare when you are a new patient. My appointment was with Dr. Wu. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've had my share of rude doctor's in the past that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them and leave you waiting forever in the exam room. These doctors were recommended to me by good friends and I'll be forever grateful. I have had several "moles" checked out that have proven to be skin cancers (thanks to years of sun worshipping). Dr. Hoover and Dr. Tran have removed these cancers for me. One was on my forehead and I, honestly, don't even have a scar there. All the office staff have been friendly and helpful to me. I will continue to have my skin checked on a regular basis. And, I will use my sunscreen!!
I am happy to recommend this practice to my family, friends, and business contacts. The care I have received is great! Dr. Tran and her team are very efficient and professional.
I have seen two of the physicians in this practice and have been very pleased with both. (Dr. Hoover and Dr. Wu) I would recommend them highly for their ability to diagnose skin cancers and successfully remove them. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have gone here for several years and have noticed an improvement in this area. The new facility is beautiful and very clean.
